Dinner in the Airstream after a great day spent watching world-class surfers ride the waves at Mavericks.
Grilled pork chops and asparagus from the Weber Q accompanied by nuked potatoes.

We're not near Florence, although we manage to get down there at least once a year. West Linn is a suburb of Portland. We're going to be at a Northwest Streamers informal rally next month, March 4th thru the 7th, at Ft. Stevens State Park near Astoria. Come meet us for dinner!
(We'll also be at Nehalem Bay and Beverly Beach later on this summer.)
Tonight we had take out - we spent all day working on the trailer getting ready for the first trip of the year!!!

Ribeye steaks, steamed rice and sugar snap peas. Maybe even blackberry cobbler, again, if we get our act together to make it.

I'm sauteeing onions, garlic & hamburger, then will drain, add cooked brown rice, green beans, italian stewed tomatoes & winter squash. I should probably make it a casserole and bake it with some mozzarella cheese, but we're HUNGRY & want to eat now!
