Tea Makers

I have seen a lot of threads for coffee makers but not very many for tea. so I was wondering what all use to make their tea on the road and at home. I am especially interested in the Breville BTM800XL Tea Maker. Thank you.

We are tea drinkers and I keep it very simple. I have a cast iron Japanese teapot with a removable filter basket. Pot on stove, boil water, turn off stove, put filter with tea leaves in pot, steep 4 minutes, remove filter, pour tea. Cast iron keep remaining tea hot.

Water heated on the stove in a small, stainless teakettle.

Loose tea at home, while traveling individually bagged Earl Grey or Constant Comment made directly into a nice mug.

A daily ritual, most days.

For serving guests, I made a WhaleTail teapot from porcelain clay. Fill from a whistling kettle, stays warm atop the Cozy Cabin.

Otherwise itís bag in cup.

Kettle, tea bag and a cup.

I like to keep it simple.
