That is cute, and perfect for our small storage spaces in that it does not have the typical long handle.
If I didn’t already have so much cast iron cookware, I’d get myself one.

Ditto what Maggie said, that is so fitting to our camping style but not a necessity. It may become an acquired want versus a need. Going to sleep on that one.

Oh darn it, it's part of a 3 piece set, even harder to justify a purchase but oh so cute. Maybe gift 2 and keep, hmm.

I want.
Except I'm trying to stop the inclusion of weight I don't use and with the Blackstone grill, I have a cast iron cooking surface already!

All the Lodge brand ironware I have seen has a rough finish. Better to go to a flea market and buy the old stuff. Smooth cooking surface is worth the price.

You don't need to buy the entire set. If you follow the link the OP provided it will take you straight to the page on the Lodge website where you can order just the skillet with the AS-style trailer molded into the design. $25.95 plus tax/shipping. Or you might find it at a local Lodge dealer like Ace Hardware.

Another option, if interested in Lodge cast iron, stop by the Lodge store in South Pittsburg, TN. Off I-24 about 30 minutes north of Chattanooga. This is their main store (there are 3 others) and located near their factory. Check around in the "seconds" section for some real savings.
Other stores are in Charlotte, NC, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville, TN.

My thought as well. The lodge stuff is like sandpaper. All of my old cast iron is machined after it is pulled from the mold. Lodge skips this step completely.

Alpha & Peter, I agree with you 100% and I, too have great vintage cast iron skillets & Dutch ovens for serious cast iron cooking. BUT... none have an Airstream engraved on the bottom. I'm ok trading that weakness for the cuteness. Maybe 30 years from now someone will exclaim at how wonderfully seasoned the skillet is, with the unrecognizable engraving on the bottom. Ha!

Thanks for the heads up Janet.
The bottoms will tend to get dirty, however, because of the ridges and valleys in the cast iron, and may damage the cast iron grates at each gas cook top burner, as well as the electric heating elements on an electric cook top, as a pan is moved back and forth over a burner IMO.
Our cast iron omelet pan has a very smooth bottom, from decades of moving the pan back and forth quickly, as you add the egg mixture into the hot oil/butter, in order to keep the omelet from sticking to the pan.
Maybe the larger pieces, which do not see the omelet pan action, will be OK?
"Cute" may have some secondary downsides, depending on the intended use IMO.
Peter
PS -- And ditto to earlier comments -- the old stuff is great, as the Cast Iron thread illustrates!

Lodge cast is a little rough, with HF sanding disk and some time, smooth out and reseason.

Anybody that wants to dump their “as cast rough” Lodge CI. I’ll take it.
Hand it to me or ship ppd thanks!
Yeah I’m grinning.
Between my CI and coffee pot collection we’ll put ‘em to good use.

I bake bread in one using a BBQ grill or campfire. It takes a small learning curve to understand how intense radiant heat is.
FWIIW If you stand the Dutch Oven off the ground 1" and place it about 2' away from campfire coals the internal temp. will be somewhere between 400F and 425f which is spot on for bread. Remember to rotate the pot ever once and a while.
Just sayin'

I use a sanding wheel on an angle grinder to smooth out the rough cooking surface on cast iron skillets and then reseason it. Smooth and slick now.

But why? I've done this too to an old pan as an experiment. No difference when I cook with it. Is it just the look?
