We are replacing the range in the Airstream with a new one, and would love to replace the microwave with a stainless steel one as well. We do not care for a SS air fryer we have at home due to the constant mess inside (splatters the coils, etc) and can't ever really be cleaned. We are only interested in a microwave to heat coffee.... not air fry, etc. We may use the convection setting if it isn't messy, also. Is the inside of your Contoure oven a mess all the time? I am not sure I can live with it, if so?? Trying to decide if we bought the Contoure and just used the microwave/convection settings if we could keep it clean? (We have a small stand-alone air fryer we use and like.). HELP! The last thing I need is another oven that can't be kept clean??

We had the option to have a gas oven or the combo microwave/convection oven. Both have their benefits. We chose the combo micro/convection. It is not a mess to keep clean. Quick and convenient. We have a generator when we don’t have shore power.

We try to cook outside to keep heat, odors, and messes out of the trailer. Grill, fry, Dutch oven, etc.

Great to hear. I was afraid grease would splatter all over the coils? We will have the gas oven, too, but our microwave is really dated and needs replaced.
