I came across this website a couple of weeks ago, and like it well enough to think others might, too.

All about cooking and baking for one or two, she sells a cookbook but also has this very comprehensive website of pared down recipes.

I had a camping cook book calle the one pan gourmet. It wa oriented around backpack camping and the gist of it was to use a minimum of cooking vessels to maximize space for food in the pack. Real food as opposed to freeze dried survival rations.

How are you and Laura doing up there?

I like this website, tho it hasn’t inspired to cook more I have made a few things and they’ve been great.

Sesame Chicken for one, Ranch Dressing, and the cinnamon rolls made from a 5 pack of refrigerated biscuits...yum.

The recipes are simple and use pantry ingredients, so not a lot of odd things to have to purchase and never use again.

I may have that cookbook you mentioned, do for certain have a one pot cookbook for backpackers.

I have a lot of cookbooks.
