Universality means Felxibiity

We had a 2-burner CampChef with a 1 burner griddle that we used with a 20lb portable tank in our previous rig. When we got the Airstream we got a 6' 3/8" female flare to 1/4" quick connect hose and took off the regulator hose. Easy to do with an adjustable wrench. We upgraded to a 3 burner CampChef with a 2 burner griddle some years ago, and just transferred the hose to the 3 burner, and re-installed the regulator hose and sold the 2 burner. Somewhere in that time we purchase a 25' extension which allowed us to run from the quick connect at the front of the Airstream to a variety of spaces more convenient to cook. As we now take fewer grandkids camping, we started traveling with much lighter gear, a 2 burner propane table top stove and an electric griddle. Again, simply transfer the 6' hose and continue to use the 25' extension.

The point is, your needs and cooking appliances will change over time. So get something flexible that you can adapt to as your needs change.

Can't find the 6' hose, but THIS is quite similar and has the Blackstone adapter if needed. https://www.amazon.com/RV-Propane-Ho...0BQ6NFSZB&th=1 . There are a number of extensions, HERE is a 24' https://www.amazon.com/GASPRO-Connec...07FRYP6HS&th=1

If youíre willing to consider a conversion . . .

I understand you donít want to do a conversion but I have to say, itís really simple. Believe me, I am not at all handy, and am generally pretty inept at this sort of thing but I removed the regulator from my Weber and set it up to connect to the low pressure outlet on my Globetrotter in about 15 minutes. Take a look at the step by step video at the bottom of the page of this website and youíll see it is really easy:

I did the same, back with COVID, products were hard to get. Bought the blue version of the Q1200 from Home Depot and the same mbsturgis conversion kit. Quick and easy to make the conversion. My biggest problem is short stays and wife likes to go out after day of driving (she actually has a day of riding).

It's kinda bulky given its more rounded shape, but we like our Weber grills (we have a full size one at home as well).
Ditto on the Weber. We also bought a height adjustable folding table to set it on. And rather than just toss it in the bed of the truck nekkid, I bought a large plastic bin to put it in for travel. Tarps in the bottom of the bin, grill next followed by paper towels, drip pans and hoses.
