Grill Daddy Steam Cleaning brush

I am curious to know if anyone has used the Grill Daddy Steam Cleaning brush or a similar producet and what their take on is.

The product uses the heat of the grill to produce the stream. Essentially it replaces a spray bottle and grill brush with one unit. I continue to use a spray bottle and brush.
