Dinner tonight

Dinner tonight was a turdunken cheese ball and bacon explosion (bacon wrapped in sausage wrapped in bacon with bbq rub and then smoked on hickory). M M good. Here are a few pictures.

Next time, some hard boiled eggs and cheese inside the bacon explosion for come color.

Yes, gave Kathy our check for Friday and Saturday nights. Trying to figure out how to downsize the turdukin cheese ball for happy hour appetizer.

Dinner was delicious. The problem with the cheese ball is that with all the layers, it becomes too big. With eight people, we made a small dent in it. At a unit happy hour it would have to be the only appetizer.

BACON - yum! Some over-the-top flavors, for sure!

You've got a major 'investment' in cheese for that 'dome' of flavors...sounds like pot-luck fare, for sure!
