Dalgona Coffee

This looks kinda fun, and a very easy way to enjoy a cold latte on a hot day.

https://cafedelites.com/dalgona-whipped-coffee/

I’m going to try it, using decaf crystals.

Yep. The Bialetti Moka Express. Good, STRONG coffee...and it cooks up the same at home as it does on the propane range in the Airstream. If I want coffee-infused frozen sugary confections, Ben and Jerry's has the solution.

You don’t have to even be interested in trying it, guys, for it to possibly appeal to others.

It’s quite delicious, and by the time your arm is tired from whisking it comes together in a foam that peaks.

Were I to do this daily, I might pick up a small, hand-held electric mixer/whisker.

I used 2 tbsp each of coffee crystals, sugar and hot water, but one tablespoon of sugar would have been plenty for me.

Tastes like a rather foamy, cold latte, or a frappe in Greece without the ice crystals.

Probably more of a chick drink than a guy drink, but could be easily done for a group.

Dalgona Coffee

It looks really nice nice, and sounds delicious, but I’m not a coffee drinker.

I was considered a total heretic while I was in the Navy because I never drank coffee. Coffee is all they seem to run on.

I’ll stick to ‘drowning’ tea bags. Something about normal coffee totally upsets my digestion. My son talked me into trying some pure Kona coffee in Hawaii once. The only coffee that didn’t mess with me. Wonderful stuff until I saw the price of a pound of it! Yikes! I’ll stick to tea..’tis much cheaper and easy to brew.

Bacon for one? Nothing like a bacon sandwich to start the day. White toast, of course!

Sourdough is the choice for me, bacon must be topped with two eggs, over very, very hard, plus ripe tomato slices or, in a pinch, a smear of ketchup!

Bacon, peanut butter, and gobs of butter on a fork-split well-toasted Thomas's English muffin.

Say no more!

Everything seems predestined to end up as one more episode of The Three Stooges.

Sometimes the adolescent games of “tag, you’re it” are a bit much, boys.

And no hard feelings, just time to quit, IMO.

It’s been a strange year, many of us are feeling a bit stir crazy.

Which is why a luxury coffee made in your own kitchen seemed like it might be appealing.

Boy, was I wrong!

I'm a black coffee drinker but my bride whips up a batch of Dalgona Coffee from time to time and it's a great treat!

Yeeaaayyy!

I’m a cream and sugar girl, and do love an iced latte that I almost always make myself because it gets me to drink more milk.

I thought this just plain looked a bit fun, and it was quite tasty after several minutes of whisking.

I will make it again.

I have to say...I find these delicious, and fun to whip up.

The whipped coffee/water/sugar adds an interesting texture to cold milk, and tastes rather luxurious.

IMHO.
