Don't I recognize that photo from last year's Midwest Rally at Rend Lake??!! I think I remember the "crossed hands" technique of slicing - and that gets at least a 8.5 for Degree of Difficulty!

Hey Ryan!

You missed it cause you were out all day looking for water heater parts!!!!

Gotta agree with the cross armed slicing. Turning the cutting board around is TOO easy, and this is the real way to do it!

The best thing about the flower pot smoker is annoying all your neighbors with that wonderful smoky-porky smell for 12 hours while the shoulder cooks. Excellent!

Second trip out with our 23 Flying Cloud in Montana this weekend.........have the Champagne on ice, still searching for the perfect S'more's recipe...don't think this is it!

P.S. What "pairs" well with S'mores?
