2013 Flying Cloud Convection Microwave Oven
We recently bought a beautiful 2013 AirStream Flying Cloud 25FBT and love it with one exception, the Sharp Convection Microwave Oven. We have the operation manual and cookbook provided by the previous owners and are still completely bamboozeled with the difficulty of operation. The previous owners admitted they only used the system for warming pizza. My wife is a great cook and wants to be more creative then "just warming pizza".
We would appreciate any recommendations the Forum members might have for other cookbooks available or simplified operations of this particular unit.
