Hi Foo, a few weeks ago in pictures. The last things to go out when setting up camp, the flamingoes. And they are the last to be packed away on the official load out checklist. Note that I added LED lighting in mine (kits that are supposed to be for wine bottles) with a wad of itty bitty LED lights and a solar panel in the cap inserted here in the back of each flamingo. We always get nice comments. The only downside is that toddlers love to disassemble them if parked near the beach trail as we were last week. In most cases, the attending parents are quick to reassemble them. - Brad

I came here to say “there is never a good time for pink flamingos” but then I read this entire thread and now I think I love them. I’ve not laughed this hard in awhile.

Found this one in my sister-in-laws garden. She was moving so it found a nest on top of our propane bottles.

Awesome. Nice looking flamingos too.

Speaking of good looking flamingos, where do you find higher quality better looking ones?

Basically every summer they'll be in one of these stores because they remain a fun bright summer theme.

Hobby Lobby usually has some flamingo-themed items too (come and go seasonally).

I kinda like the classic one, tho'...

Hi Foo, my originals were el-cheapo (but original Don Featherstone design) flamingos I got at Orchard Hardware but the leg design was flimsy and broke all the time. When epoxy could no longer help, I found these (family of 3) on Amazon. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07HGXZ8FJIf you look at the product there are many other similar flamingos listed below. Good luck!

I also bought a set of these for DW a while back but like the stuff in the center aisles of costco that you decide to "wait until next time" to buy, they have disappeared from all outlets. She loves them but they are now unobtanium. - Brad
