Warranty Work

Hi,

I posted a question about LED lights dimmer this morning. I went ahead and called Airstream about getting the part and they said I need to get a dealer to fix it.

Soonest appt I can get at a dealer I will be near in Nov 1st....Since on the road full time it's almost impossible to coordinate service appts.....

Has anyone simply called a non dealer RV repair and had them bill Airstream?

I get all of my warranty work done by an "out of network" shop. There is a series of steps for getting this done. PM me if you want the details....
