Tom Hank's Airstream

Here's a nice article about Tom Hank's custom Airstream that he's had for many years. Sometimes it's nice to see that some other folks have the same likes that we do!

I saw the article also. It is a 34' trailer that was custom built at the factory with no standard cabinetry in it. Gutted so to speak. Then Mr. Hanks had custom furniture designed and built to his liking. He used the trailer on movie sets. Celebrity owned greatly inflates the price. Kinda like a Seinfeld owned Porsche.

Gee, no one will pay a premium for my 34' Limited just because I owned it. Why is that?

It's a nice trailer....but the FJ40 I could get excited about! It's overpriced though. I had a '73 FJ. One of the most capable off roaders ever.
