Unicoi Outfitters in Helen , Ga is very reputable and have been around forever.
They have a local shop there too with about everything you would need for fly fishing including locally tied flies. Just a fe miles up the road is Top of Georgia Airstream park. This is an Airstream only park that is very nice, and cheap. Only $20 per night and $15 for WBCCI members. (I think)
Full hookups. Also some great state parks in the area but they stay pretty full. You could also go over to Blue Ridge. There are is good fishing there but I am not as familiar with that area as far as guided. There are some National Forest campgrounds there, albeit some are not as developed as others. A lot of choices for privately owned campgrounds as well.
Where in the panhandle are you? We are actually there now. Staying in Carrabelle.
