Simplicity
After a decade and thousands of miles on FC27, then Bambi 19 and now GT23:
Less is more in many items. One white hose, no more than 25 feet as one does not need to be connected to city water, just refill the tank when at 25%. Same with sewer hose, no need to have one connected at all times, only dump close to a dumping ‘whole’ when nearing full. No need for any waste hose over 10 feet: you just drive to the place. The very expensive ‘surge protectors’? Never had the need for one, nowhere in USA I found a surge of such spike that I wish I had one. No special TP for RVs, regular works. No need to add chemicals to decompose the black tankL: your crap has enough bacteria on it. No need additional water or fuel Jerry tanksL: just refill gas/diesel when 1/4 is used. What I do recommend is a Honda Handi 3KW genset (land-locked people call them generators), one extension cord, one leveling block of the ‘staircase’ kind, a Weboost or other cell antena to improve coverage. BBQ grill, a chair for each traveler to enjoy the outside, little less. Fewer clothes you think you will need. A sat Phone if communication is essential. A dog, of coursej, and a gun for redundancy with corresponding NRA or GOA sticker for deterrence. A lock box at the V shaped hitch assembly, not to get locked out.
