Seeking long term parking (CA) for full time Airstream living

Hi fellow Airstreamers!

My husband and I are well into the second half of our complete gut & renovation of our 1972 Airstream Overlander, which we will be taking across the country to the west coast, landing in southern California and living out of for a handful of years.

We're working to pay off all of our student debt & other debt, to finally find financial freedom so that we can travel and see this beautiful country and soak up the goodness of life.

For now, we are looking for long-term yard or driveway parking to lease, where we can park and live out of our Airstream. It's a 27 foot. We're looking to be in California mid to late September. We are looking at either Los Angeles or San Diego, either of which have ample job opportunities for both of us (I am a designer and he is an environmental engineer), so it really will come down to parking availability. We're hoping to pay somewhere between $400 and $600 a month for parking/utilities. We need power + water hookups, but not sewage. We have a composting toilet.

We also have a small rescue pup that will be with us. We're going to finish up our reno by polishing up this home of ours, so it will be gorgeous on the inside and out. If anyone has any suggestions on finding a long term spot, or has somewhere to lease to us, please reach out!
