Safford RV
Has anyone had any dealings with Safford RV in VA and if so, based on your opinion, how would you rate the experience on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best?

They're like far too many car and RV dealers, 100% turnover in staff every year and consequently not to be relied on for reliable service or good advice.

We had a great experience at safford when we upgraded to our 2015 27fb signature. They gave us a great deal, the people were were very nice. We spent 4 hours going through the checklist. Ken baker was our salesman and he was really great with no pressure and he let us make our decision over several days.

I have continued to have extremely bad service experiences with Safford RV, since I purchased my 2014 Airstream Interstate EXT. Their service group continues to be pathetic, they don't know the products very well, and their technicians are poorly trained. Steer clear!!!

Great experience with Ken Baker in the sales department. He knew what I wanted, found it, and we negotiated a fair price. The service department is often hard to reach and the techs are not always the easiest to work with. Whenever you are able to get through to the service manager, he is wonderful. That said, they always do a great job on the work we ask them to do. 10 of 10 for sales, 7 of 10 for service.

Sounds like some of the people that are posting here work for Stafford RV.
I'm just saying!
