If Arizona is not too far south check out Superstition Views. Pros you have a Casita and an RV pad with hookups and the prices are affordable. Many units have a rooftop lounging area with a view of the Superstition mountains. Cons are the Casita is considered a mobile home (even though it has no wheels), has a VIN number, and is registered/titled through the DMV. You don't own the land the Casita is on (Land Lease property). The RV resort charges a hefty "Lifestyle Fee" per month.
