We have two sets of these collapsible bowls. They're about $20at Amazon. We cook our oatmeal in the large ones every day.

Thanks to Lily&Me and Mollysdad and OP (and others) for where to buy. My pantry space has gone largely wasted. I'm going to get busy deciding what to buy and what to put in it.
