New Air Forums Format - Is It Just Me?

I don't really have an opinion if the new format is better or not. BUT, I note that when I click on a topic, that thread opens on the last page instead of the first page. If there are three pages of responses, the thread opens on page three. As such, I am reading someone's response to a question that I have not yet read. Anyone else noticing this? If so, can the Admin put in a fix?

It's just you.

You can change it back. In your UserCP, select "Edit Options" under "Settings and Options.

Then scroll down to the section "Thread Display Options." In that section is an item for "Thread Display Mode" with a pull-down menu.

Using the pull-down menu, select "Linear - Oldest First."

That's all it takes ot put it back the way you like it.

I've been displaying "Linear - Newest First" ever since I got on Air Forums, because that's the way my e-mail displays, and I'm used to it. But I had to deliberately set it that way because the default was— and is— "Linear - Oldest First."
