You'll likely get some good replys and might want to check out a thread called "camp chair mulling" for some additional pointers.

I second Hittenstiehl's recommendation regarding "camp chair mulling". A wealth of opinions on it on all types of chairs.
For me I personally like the LaFuma zero gravity lounge chairs. IMO they are very well made. We own two, one is made of cloth with padding and the other is mesh. I would recommend the mesh because they dry out a lot quicker especially if they get caught in a downpour. We have had one four years and the other for three. I have found them very comfortable.
One downside is the cost but there are many other brands that are less expensive. We bought ours when they were on sale. I even called the company to see what they had to offer.

Thanks for pointing me to the appropriate link. I searched and didn't get that link; I need to improve my Boolean search parameters.

Better yet, sit in a few in stores and find what fits you and your style. Everyone has different taste and comfort levels.

The lounge chairs are too big and bulky for our Airstream travel. We have two Zip Dee chairs which are sturdy; she found two older style aluminum tube folding chairs at a garage sale, put new webbing on them and we like them as well. Not sure which ones we'll take on the next trip.

I hear ya ... We have more lightweight and heavy framed camping chairs are our house then the local Wally World ... I don't care for any of them.

We like the LaFuma loungers as well. They are pricey and a bit heavy, but if you've got room they are very comfortable!

Cispook,
Glad someone posted the link. A searching tip for this forum is to go to your normal search engine and type in:
"Airforums camping chairs" or
"Best camping chairs for Airstream"
That will usually get you go a bunch of links for similar discussions on air
forums. It's still a bit cumbersome but helps a bit.
