Help! Winter Travel from CO to AZ & Back

We plan to go to AZ about mid Feb and return in mid March. So no problem going, with the water, but once we are there and fill the lines the return to CO could be cold enough to freeze the lines! SO suggestions on how we should handle the problem if one comes up! (Like Colorado Cold)
