Got her name on the back of her belt...

I'm starting up a little custom leather business and stamping things, using my trailer as my shop. If you owned a tooled leather belt, would you choose your name for the back of it, or something else?

My personal preference would be for nice scroll work or design around the entire belt with no name on it. Examples would be Celtic Knots, Ivy, or Paisley designs.

A good friend who has now passed made a tooled belt for me when I was just a teen. It had my name on the back. Still brings back great memories when I wear it. I would bet that it would be quite popular for a custom business like yours. Good luck! I hope you do very well with the new business.

Life's an adventure
Check out the display I made for my first craft market, 5-7 Wednesday July 20 across from Rec Center if you happen to be in Jackson Hole this week!

A friend made one for me many years ago with a nick name that has stuck. Simple yet effective.
