Does anyone else have personalized plates on their Airstream?

I tried today during renewal of our plates.

Was surprised that for travel trailers in NC that everything I could think of regarding Serenity or Firefly was already taken.

I concluded that auto plates were no different than trailer plates in their database if names.

I called Austin. They told me that they did not have a separate category for travel trailers and that the specialty plate ordered from Myplates would work fine. I was unclear about it myself because I read the rules online and it confused me as well. The place I ordered the plates from were unclear as well, that is why I called the special plates department in Austin. I did not have any problem at the local tax accessors office getting it registered.

My first AS was a 2014 FC19 with a custom plate RAMSES, the rule was, create a name using only letters from the word AIRSTREAM.

After trading my FC19, we got a 2018 FC25RT with a custom plate RYZER.

RYZER because the wife said so.

Her name is Dreamcatcher. Vanity plate is "62Dream". Under the wreath is a dreamcatcher painted on the tire cover.

Missouri doesn't offer customized plates on trailers so the best we can do is our vehicles. Here's the plate on my tow vehicle.

Michigan has “forever” plates on trailers. The good thing is it’s cheap, once and done. The bad thing is they’re just given by the state with no ability to individualize.

S.C. won't let you get one on trailer. I tried couple years ago, filled out form and mailed check for the amount and they sent check back to me. I was not a Happy Camper 😫

Our ‘68 Caravel had some olive green paint in the front storage cap, so we named her Olive and had a personalized plate made. During the renovation she got olive green wheels too!

Just a heads up on vanity plates. Had them on our Motorhome in North Carolina and when we moved out of state the DMV made us return them or be charged. Thought that was really bull**it.
