As a former licensed Realtor that has sold almost 400 homes I can tell you that whenever I was told that by a homeowner when at a listing appointment the red flags went up. Most of the time foreclosure was right around the corner. Maybe not in this case, but.....

My first reaction was this person is a retired engineer, but after reading a few more pages I thought perhaps retired former military officer.....

Either way he or his wife spent a whole lot of time creating this advertisement. Certainly provided lots of information and opinions.

Somebody put a lot of work into that ad. I suspect that they will indeed sell the trailer at close to their asking price. It's that sort of market.

I would not even on a bet try to tow a 33' with either of the tow vehicles they have used ..... I very much can see why they would never want to go more than 200 miles a day.

As I was reading that ad, several "for sale" Tow Vehicles popped up off to the right of the page.......

Top of the pile was a white 2021 F250, looked to be loaded. $89,000.

Yes folks, for "only" $239,000 you can have the Airstream of your dreams and a comfortable Tow Vehicle.

I noticed that right off. It sort of makes one wonder a bit about what they really meant. Spell checkers are wonderful for turning this or that typo into gibberish. Given how much effort was put into the ad, having something like that right up front in bold .... hmmm .....

One thing you can be very sure of, the scammers *love* a market like this. You never quite know who is on either end in these situations.

That's a whole lot of very authentic pictures to tie into a scam. Not to say it can't be done but it's way more work than most of these "people" are willing to do.
