Our "home away from home" in the summertime is Jersey Shore Haven Airstream Park. It is located near the Jersey Shore, about 20 minutes from our favorite beaches.
We have not "bought in..." ie. there are shareholders, and most of the sites are permanent. They do have a few full hookup sites for transient visitors, and a large 2 point hookup rally field for rallies of over 100 trailers.
They have a wonderful pool, facilities, and community building. Last season, the pool and restrooms/pavilion were closed due to COVID. We still made it workable and fun. We are hopeful this season will be very different...read normal like past years.
We love that no matter what, there is always a spot for us. It takes away the drudgery of wondering if we can reserve a site for a holiday weekend. And the fact that it is only open to Airstreams is just plain fun, and we hope that does not ever change.

In the case of Texas Airstream Harbor, members have been variably improving their membership lots:
- Some lots have nothing on them but hook-ups.
- Some have storage sheds only, in addition to hook-ups.
- Some have basic cabana parking / cover structures with no interior spaces.
- Some have the cabana structure developed to include a portion of interior living space (this is particularly true for full-timers who expand into that space from their trailers / MHs).
Obviously that ^^ represents a vast range of financial investment. When people transfer (sell) their memberships to others, the magnitude of investment is reflected in the membership asking price. That price is up to buyer and seller to negotiate.
In addition to that, there is currently a $500 transfer fee charged by the park itself.
Presently, annual assessments are $700 which cover water, sewer, trash, common area maintenance, and common area taxes. The park is currently undergoing some changes because the local real estate taxing authority (appraisal district) has changed its procedures, and responsive adjustments need to be made. The tax man cometh - no surprise there.

Wow they must really like to limit the people coming to the park. It seem like half the AS out there have a dog or a cat on board.

I have stayed at Highland Haven in SW Virginia. It is a beautiful, well kept park.

Are You Kidding Me?
And by asking this question you want to dispel the “myth” that AS owners are snobs regarding any other brands?

We have our summer home in the Washington Land Yacht Harbor, Olympia, WA and it is perfect for our needs. The park has almost 200 large lots for mobile homes plus 150 or so RV campsites which are rented to all acceptable brands, WBCCI members get a price break on fees..
The mobile home lots are leased on 99year leases at a very favorable rate which includes water. You must be an Airstream owner to buy a lease.

We stayed at Bayside RV Park on Prince Edward Island. This RV park is open to anyone, but caters to Airstream owners. There were quite a few Airstreams when we camped there in September 2019. The RV park owner has an Airstream.

True, and that's why there are so many other brands there notwithstanding that Airstreams get preferential treatment.

AS Only
One of our first trips in our new AS was to Highland Havens in Copper Hill, Virginia. Beautiful location with forty or so full hookup sites. Think was around $25 a night in 2019.

Where did the OP state that dispelling the myth was part of his or her intent?

The Top of Georgia Airstream Park has approximately 110 sites, and approximately 6 long termers (due mostly to covid), several that park seasonally and enjoy as their mountain retreat. Most of the activity comes from travelers spending anywhere from a couple of days to weeks. Several came for a couple of weeks last year and stayed a couple of months. The TOP is an Airstream only park, open to all 'streamers, and is operated by volunteers of, the Top of Georgia Airstream Club, open year round.

There does not appear to be such a list at this time IMO.
Brian are you aware of a current list?

It may be that members of the new Airstream Club have access to a private members-only list?

The Airstream Club (which is not new, despite its recent “doing business as” name change) publishes a monthly magazine, the Blue Beret, and in the Blue Beret there is a section of the classified ads for Airstream Parks. The November 2020 issue (latest I could dig up) has 10 listings. As it’s part of the classifieds section, I would guess that only those parks that pay for an ad are listed.
The magazine’s digital version is on the website...behind the members-only login.
Join the club! The annual dues are very reasonable and you just may open yourself to a whole new world of Airstream adventures!

Here’s the thing about LYH Melbourne
The rate for a 12 month lease is $1,100 for Airstream owners. Land Yacht Harbor Melbourne, FL a beautiful park for less than $100 per month!!! I submit the stumbling block for many will be no pets but what a place to stay for those w/o pets. You can keep your AS there all year if you like.
