Well,
finally found an airstream that give me more hope.
(Unfortunately whenever i try to upload pics, says upload fail... any other way i can share photos? try this link - mkamanu's Library | Photobucket

The only thing that has been done is:
A C & heat pump unit recently replaced.
New awnings.

I could not find someone to inspect for me at the short notice i found it; so i went to look at it yesterday and looks to be in very good shape.
The AC was nice and cold, all lights working, LP tanks ok, windows look good, no missing seals. I pretty much used the airforums inspection report; but of course not very detailed coz i the required tools.
But the couple selling seem to have taken very good care of it and they r selling coz the husband has a heart condition and can no longer be up and abt camping.

Well, I would like to get some feedback on:
1) Water system. Owner says he doesn't know if hot water heater works. How else can i chk that?
2) Is there any additional chk that i can do to see if electrical is ok? I can probably try and find a certified electrician, but just from an inexperienced view, what can i do to double chk that?
3) Roof vents?- can leaks be determined from the inside or would it require someone to go on top and chk them out?
4) how to chk if water pump works?

and it's actually a 28ft, bumper to tongue

Any other info will be greatly appreciated.

It will answer about 99 percent of your questions.
