Small doors for water and storage

We've looked at two 30' Classics recently, one a 2013 and one a 2016. Both had issues with the small doors on either side that cover a small storage compartment on the curb side and the water connection on the street side.

Both trailers had two or three rivets missing or broken on the curb-side door. The 2013 also had some missing or broken on the street-side door. The 2016 had the street-side door residing in the rear exterior storage bay (under the bed).

Is this a common problem? If so, what can be done? Just drill out the broken rivets and re-rivet the door? Small bolts with locking nuts? Super Glue? <grin>

Re-Rivet. I've never had a problem with mine (2007). I have drilled them out and off twice for repainting the compartment innards. Not rocket science.
