Having tried to remove the pins I suggest you consider this approach.
Cut small holes through the interior skin to reach the nuts that hols the door on the trailer. This will allow you to remove the door and has some additional advantages. I got locked out of the trailer when the latch broke off in the closed position. When in through a window and removed the door by unbolting it.
When done you can cover the holes with blank 2x4 white electric box covers. Almost goes unnoticed.
I used the same idea when the dead bolt spring broke and I had to get to the door handle to get to the dead bolt.
