Door hinges

I know this topic has been touched on before and thanks for that. I am new to Airstreaming and have picked up a nice 76 overlander 27' working thru a few things. There is play in the door hinges, Screws just turn like other posts have mentioned. I see you need to tighten from inside and most people cut holes in panel and approach that way . On the 76 overlander the Stove is right inside door .Top hinge should be straight forward, lower a bit moore of a hassle.Has anyone cut holes in the aluminum door jamb to access nuts. looks like it should be easily accessed that way. please any comments before I drill or cut!!

You will weaken the door jamb, if you put holes in it.

You can easily make a couple of small holes with a hole saw, in the vinyl clad inside material.

Then plug the holes with a chrome hole plug, that are easily available.

The door hinges get loose because of vibration, and or bad axles.

The Dura-Torque Axle

Balance the running gear, or add Centramatics to solve that issue.
