On the 76 overlander the Stove is right inside door .Top hinge should be straight forward, lower a bit moore of a hassle.Has anyone cut holes in the aluminum door jamb to access nuts. looks like it should be easily accessed that way. please any comments before I drill or cut!!

You will weaken the door jamb, if you put holes in it.
You can easily make a couple of small holes with a hole saw, in the vinyl clad inside material.
Then plug the holes with a chrome hole plug, that are easily available.
