72 Overlander - Need Access Doors

Inherited the beauty from my grandfather (I used to camp with him as a child). It has seen some rough years - and I want to start the process of fixing it up (and using it as well). To start, I need to find a couple of parts (without them it is difficult to use)

I need:

External Access door for battery compartment
External Access door for Fridge access
Air Conditioner cover.

If anyone knows of someone with these doors/cover, please pass along the information. I am located in Western South Dakota and can travel if needed...but if can be shipped, that'd be Great!

I found a second access door for our 1976 Overlander on E-bay after much searching. I started to watch E-bay on a regular basis and was suprised that I would see doors and other parts from time to time.

Have measured (take into account the trim is still intact so measurements may be close depending on where you measure from)

Battery access door (19W X 11H)

Fridge access door (20.5W X 14.25H)

Looks like the fridge access door has the remnant of a hinge (still in the trim-and swings like was attached to the door) - and the battery access door has the same upper trim groove - but no remnant of a hinge. I dont know if they utilized a hinge or not...perhaps someone with a working door can enlighten me...

Let me know if any of the doors anyone has will work!

OOps! Got to working on the trailer this morning and realized that it is not the battery access door that is missing, but the storage door (under the rear bed)

Dimensions are as posted earlier...

72 Tradewind - Complete battery compartment is available. Holds one series 27 batteryl This was curbside behind the rear axles, above and below the plywood floor. Includes lock and key, plastic shelves, and both the permanent housing and the door. Hinge adrift. Shipping from CA. jim jsutro@coastside.net

We have the AC covers, and the original Airstream molds.

They are made with fiberglass, and have a white "gel coat" exterior finish.
