66 Safari access door

I lost the smaller road side access hatch door to the turnpike this weekend. Anyone by chance have a spare they'd like to sell? thanks!

A friend of mine with a 68 Caravelle made a baggage door he'd lost a couple of weeks ago and it looked great. The originals were made with a hemmed edge which is hard to do with the reversed 90 to attach the inner panel to. VTS sells an extrusion made for the fabrication of those doors (VTS-869) that eliminates the complexity of the double bent edge. Give it a try. Good luck. Bubba

Thanks. This is a learning experience for me and everyone else that has attempted a vintage renovation. When I'm not trying to figure out the next step, I'm reading the forums to learn from the experiences of others who have successfully completed the next step. Good luck and keep moving forward. Bubba
