Are the bulbs replaceable? I looked at some like those from Airstream but they didn't have a replaceable bulb.
Looks like a great lamp if you cab change out the LED bulbs.

We picked up a Firman 2000W invertor generator to try out some modest boondocking. We will try it for 2-3 days in between campgrounds will full hookups. A battery upgrade is really necessary for serious boondocking, but we are going to dip our toes in first!

The bulbs aren’t replaceable according to that question being asked and answered in the Amazon description.
I still may buy some as it looks like a great light.

Apparently either maintenance or cleaning crew opened a window at some point, then closed, but did not latch /lock it back! We did not see that from our walk around and quick maintenance inspection. Shortly after getting on interstate to head home, I heard a POW and told my DH it sounded like a rifle shot and I was going to be PO if I found a bullet hole in my trailer when we got home. About 3 hrs down the road, we stopped and discovered the next to rear side window shattered and virtually gone. Then we saw the latches were both open! An 18-wheeler had passed by us and sucked that window right outa there!
COUNTING OUR BLESSINGS: 1) it was NOT A RAINY DAY and we were headed home. 2)The window sucked OUT almost entirely and left only one small nick in the screen. 3)There were NO marks left on the skin outside.
We had to buy a new window because nobody owned up to it, of couse, but DH easily replaced the window and extension arms.
Lesson learned: Add window lock inspection to pretrip checklist!

It is something that Sandy does on the inside check, and I do on the outside walk around. I look in from outside and see the two tips pointing up, along with my 10+ other items, Jacks, chocks, power, water, antenna, awnings, storage doors...

I drilled new holes.
I did a post about my process.
https://www.airforums.com/forums/f45...ys-196460.html
If you think about it, then new holes are 30 degrees from the old holes. 120 degrees between old holes - 90 degree offset = 30 degrees.
If I were to do it again, I'd buy a drill extension for a 1/2" bit. Then you could drill straight into the base plate. The extension claims it's just for wood bits, but it assumes you're drilling through deep holes.

We got GasStop for our propane tanks. Plus 2 new propane gas lines with a 90 degree connection. They tucked nicely with tanks. Got them from Airstream Life store.

Just curious if you chose a particular number and if so, why?
IMHO, being in the AS Club is one of the added benefits of having an AS!
Best regards!

Looks like a great idea also are the propane gas lines included or are they separate

Hubby made a caddy for our Airsafe hitch for storage and for installing and deinstalling it into the truck stinger without having to lift 95lb. He used a transmission jack bought from Northern Tool, and married it to a caddy he had been using which worked, but couldn't be raised/lowered like this one can.

PS: and it even works upside down!

We didn’t choose a number. This is our first AS and as far as I know, the first AS owned by my family line so there are no memories of staying in one as a kid. After being assigned numbers I did look to see if any sentimental numbers were available, but all my chosen ones are already taken so it looks like I would have gotten the same result either way.

The $30 installation kit includes a 90-degree hose, brass fitting, roll of tape, and instructions for each gauge.

We finally got around to adding some additional storage/counter space. I think it turned out pretty good.

Lost hot water in our ‘17 International 27 on our last outing, both electric and propane, and sure enough it was the notorious defective control board.
Thanks to the wisdom on the forum, I avoided the OEM Dometic board, and instead bought the Dinosaur UIB 64 and Amazon had it to my house in 2 days. 15 min installation and voila - electric and gas water heaters fired right up.
Only $120 for the Dinosaur and it has great diagnostic lights. Plus I saved a couple hundred bucks over the dealer diagnostics.

This is a great idea and good effort on your hubby's part!
And, you making it work upside down is just brilliant

I am done wrestling the stock 50AMP cord. I got this 15ft 50AMP cord, which would cover 90% of my camping scenarios and weighs just 8lbs.

Thanks for posting this. I've been wondering where I could find propane hoses with 90 degree fittings...perfect!
