Finally got the Peplink modem with four ethernet ports energized at Verizon. A not so cordial rep the first day told me it was not supported. I returned the next day with a copy of the Verizon web page explicity dedicated to this modem. A different chap told me about there new data plans of up to 150G of high speed data dropping back to lower speed after using that data. The modem could support four sim cards…… It can be wired directly to a 12Vdc cigarette lighter style plug and do away with the the wall wart.
The new antenna has two incoming leads to the modem so there is a capability for primary and fall back sims on each cable.
As a vetern, the top rate us $68 plus fees and taxes. But I can change rates at any time goi g back to the $17 a month plan with 15 Gbytes of data when not on the road.
