The inter com might be handy in a parking situation where the driver's assistant is watching the surrounding area. How well does it see in the dark?

It sees great in the dark.
I would try it in the trailer, but it is too hot to go outside.

My version of the sink cover
Thanks to amaier7771, I did this modification on my sink cover...not as well done as I need to purchase a round-over bit, but, seems to work well.

Never saw yours....
@Wayne&Sam
Well, in spite of having not seen yours....we must think in the same way....cutting the hole out seemed the best way to do it from my perspective as well.
Yours may be a bit larger than mine. I drilled two holes with a hole saw and jig sawed the rest....
Thanks.....

Installed a Wineguard Rayzr antennae to replace the bat wing standard version. Allegedly it gets much better reception of HD signals. When you order, make sure you get the white version, not the black unless that is your preference. Also, Wineguard makes a retro fit kit and a full version - you want the retro fit kit. Cost is about $50.
Install was a piece of cake... unscrew the coax from the antenna, remove two clips securing one of the two aluminum booms then remove the pins, and then toss aside the boom that doesn't have the coax cable, along with the standard antenna.
Bolt the new antenna on the remaining boom. The boom has one bolt hole already.
If you want it on more securely, drill another hole through the boom and use the second of two supplied bolts.
Screw the coax back onto the new antenna. You shouldn't need to cut anything, but if you need to, Winegaurd includes a spare coax connector to crimp on.
That's it.
All the parts are included. Only need to buy a set of rubber self adhesive bumpers so it doesn't rest on the roof when it its stowed down.

New super sized Level Master. Should be easy to see in the rear view mirror.

Oh, we're big spenders this week:
* 10' hose that we can use between the regulator at the faucet and the external water filter. The 2' hose that came with the filter was just too dang short.
* fresh filter insert for our water filter.
* an 8" adjustable wrench (Channel Lock. Made in Spain!!)
* brass adapter (for plumbing / drinking water) that allows me to screw the hose more tightly onto the "out" side of the water filter, and more teflon(r) tape. The dang thing drips all the time at this particular joint, and I aim to stop it.
* $20 more each month for our storage spot so we can use the electric there without them crabbing about it. Now we also leave the fridge on so it's already nice and cold when we pull up to start our next camping trip

Not a major addition but an important one. We bought sheets to fit the rounded twin mattresses. Fit nicely.

Temporarily attached with 3M double sided tape to figure out the best spot. Not sure I want to drill holes for mounting but that may turn out to be the best and most secure method. Right below the front window seems to be a good spot for visibility.

Thanks, I was thinking of getting one like that, but I think I will do a thorough search for something that might hold for a while. Personally, I'd rather take a chance on losing the level than drill a hole. I have hole paranoia.

And from use instructions,
"during use, each mark on the front of the side-to-side indicates approximently one inch of blocking required to bring the trailer to level."

I don't recall very well, perhaps that is where I learned that info...
I suppose the distance between the tires being chocked will affect that a bit. Also, on the "non concrete" surfaces there is some settling once in place as part of surface compression. That is minimized in usual manner.
