WBCCI - Classic vs. Vintage

In the latest Blue Beret there is a listing of Intraclubs. They list the Vintage Club and the Classic Club.

Does anyone know the difference?

Maybe

Maybe the Classic intraclub refers to the classic motorhomes (as opposed to the later white box motorhomes).

Just a guess.

Classic

Silly me, I was thinking Classic in terms of the high end model with pushouts, "The Classic"

Does anyone know what the reference is too? MH or Trailer w/ pushout?

According to the Blue Beret: Vintage is 25 years old or older. Classic just makes reference to, "year, length and model of Airstream classic trailer or motorhome..."

Still wondering...

I'm with John...I think "classic" has to do with the rounded aluminum models (tt &/or mh) opposed to the painted or boxy ones. Vintage definately refers to 25 years or older...I'll see if I can find out more, and post a clarification if nobody else does.

The Classic Intra Club is for Alumimum only trailers and Motorhomes. I do not know if there is a year range, but I know anything fiberglass or painted is not eligible for full membership.

Here's the Classic Airstream web page url:
http://geocities.com/classicairstreamclub/

It says its basically the "classic" airstream shape that binds the members together. They want to ensure we keep "silver bullets" forever. The main activities for the club are caravans. Restoration of Airstreams is not emphasized as much as in the Vintage club.
