The weather was awesome, although we'd had a couple of 'isolated showers' that day.... We'd just finished dinner and walked our guest to his car and then this started to roll our way.......

I love your summery chair set...looks good in sun and storm Those clouds on the horizon tell the upcoming story, I guess. Hope those pretty chairs didn't blow away! ~G

Surprisingly enough, the chairs DIDN'T blow away. We usually put them away, but this storm was SOOOO FAST we were busy closing all the windows in the trailer, and then we just had to hang on tight! ! Two HUGE tree branches came down in the park -- one took out two garden sheds filled with bbq's and lawn furniture, and another branch took out a camper's brand new (of course) gazebo, and the iron furniture inside. No one was hurt, thank goodness. It was quite the spectacular storm. Hubby says we have to clean our nose prints off the inside of the windows now -- from watching the raging storm.
