I have a brochure for a 76 models, a 24 twin bed was 3610# dry weight with 560 #s tongue weight. The 24' double bed was 3610 and 560 also.

The published tongue weight is for an empty trailer.

The actual tongue weight is totally controlled by how you load the trailer.

You can make it lighter or heavier.

You should also travel with "full" water.

That lowers the center of gravity and provides a nice place to get water, in an emergency, or should you blow a radiator hose.
