Talking Thanks(Help Decide)

I would like to thank uwe,gwsullivan,83Excella and jcanavera for their input to my thread HELP DECIDE .Took some of their advice and just purchased 1999 27 Safari. We found the unit just off RT95 at an Airstream dealer Mar Don in South Carolina.. After doing the dealing it became ours. Has some issues with the rear window seal as it has been re caulked with clear seal(my 2yr old granddaughter could have done a better job). The price was adjusted for the things that we found. Inside was kept very well. Stains on rear window curtain above twins but no where else??Towed home to DEL with no sway bar at 65mph with no problems. Got home and went to work.Purchased sway bar (REESE) and installed same. I Think that we have fixed issues with rear window as we tied hose on ladder and gave the window a soaking for half hour at full blast....Many thanks again to the guys for their input..saved me a lot of bucks and gave me the room that we needed..Now we aare foo to the see the wizzard..............SAM

Sam,

If you haven't had a chance, stop by the Safari forums especially the 2001 forum. I've posted some things that you might find useful.

Have fun with your Safari!

Regards,

Jack
