Thanks for all of the tips

Just wanted to say thanks for all of the tips all of you guys give. By doing searches on here and asking questions we were able to get a great set up. We ended upgrading to a 2500 Duramax from aTahoe for our 25 Safari SS, added a retrax cover, bed rug, and Yakama overhaul racks. Then with using Wandering Labs we were able to save our Memorial Day weekend camping trip when plans changed and needed to be closer to home. So thought I'd share with you the pic of the end result...even got to watch a sunset from the back of the truck in our beach chairs. Have a great Memorial Day weekend and thanks to those that have served and those that gave the ultimate sacrifice and to the families that are behind the scenes!

Thanks for all of the tips

I think you made a very good choice. We had an ‘05 GMC CC 2500HD Duramax/Allison that we pulled our 2001 25ft rear twin Classic over 100K miles and our ‘05 28’ Classic 60+K. Sold the 05 with 300K miles on it , and replaced it with an 2018 CC 2500HD GMC D/A which has a lot more power and gets better fuel mileage

Nice setup. I love the camp chairs in the truck. Great way to get a new perspective on life
