I have a 2022 interstate 19. I recently installed a stowawayy 2 cargo box. When plugged in to the seven pin connector it disables the park assist. Is there a way to enable park assist while the box is connected?

Hi

The park assist thinks you have a trailer. It's "helping" by not giving you bad parking advice. Welcome to MB knows best .... I doubt there is a way to change this. If there is, I'd bet it will be the same "do it every time you start up" stuff as the lane keeping nonsense.

It is also likely the box is blocking some of the parking sensors enough to interfere with them so parking assist wouldn't work anyway. I know having the hitch in my receiver on my tow vehicle interferes with my parking assist and stops it from working.
