Sheets for twin mattress
We are Canadian, travelling to South Carolina next week. Just purchased a Flying Cloud with twin mattresses. Mattress size is 80" X 34 1/2" X 7-8". Can you tell me where to buy or order mattress sheets in the States and if there is a Canadian source.
Thanks

Many places don't stock them and if they do the mark-up is generally high since they don't sell many. Order them online as we did from AB Lifestyles. https://www.ablifestyles.net/road-re...for-airstream/ they are good quality, very comfortable and not too expensive. For other readers, Measure your mattress so you get the correct ones, there have been a few variations in mattress size over the years.

Simply purchase twin XL sheets and tuck the excess width underneath the mattress. Much less expensive than custom sheets and easier to buy. Good selection at Bed Bath and Beyond.

We use regular twin sheets and elastic straps underneath to hold the excess snug.

FYI, the folks at the link above are located in Iva South Carolina. I don't know if they have a storefront or not, but you might be able to arrange to pick up some sheets while you are in that area. We use them on our twins and have been well-satisfied. Good luck!

Airstream sells 600 thread cotton sheets. We have them for our 2014 Classic with twin beds. They fit a 8” thick mattress. Most comfortable sheets we have.

AS sheets are too expensive. We kust use regular size sheets, and tuck the excess under the matress. It works out just fine, and saves us money to buy something else we don't need.

We bought xl twin sheets and I customized them by folding and sewing the rounded corner edge. Worked great and much less $ than the ones you can purchase for Airstream.

Here's another option. Best sheets you will ever sleep on. Period.
We had these for our German beds at home, and they work perfectly on the Airstream twins. We just love them. Nice tight fit, no wrinkles, and a dream to sleep upon. And they last forever, only getting softer with use.
Search for Bella Donna by Formesse. Available from a UK shop, @£50 + shipping, so £125 to get two of them into the USA or Canada. https://rested.com/products/bella-donna-sheet Less costly by far than any custom sheet you'll buy for your Airstream.
We just use the full Euro approach to sleeping. Scratch the top sheet and blanket in favor of a Duvet (or die Bettdecke, auf Deutsch). No more wresting the mattress to tuck in those sheets.
Then put the Froli "box spring" under your mattress. No mildew, and a much more comfortable sleep than being on that sheet of plywood. https://nickleatlantic.com
I'm not affiliated with either company or product. Just a very satisfied user.

Bed bath and beyond, sells a set of garter that you can add to the back of your sheets to secure them . A lot less expensive snd it works. You can also order them online.

We modified our Air Stream and added twin beds. We bought the curved mattresses from Air Stream. TARGET sells sheet sets called Threshold sheets. They have fitted sheets with corner elastic in two places at 9 inches and 18 inches. They fit our mattresses perfectly and are held in place easily by the elastic, especially in the curve of the mattress. They are cotton and even 400 thread count. You can order them online. I highly recommend them.

I used queen sheets, cut them down and sewed newly sized darts to fit the curve. Also sewed on elastic so they fit nicely. The queen sheets were about $10 or $25 at Walmart for pure cotton 300 TPI. I actually did them at an RV park, used the long tables in their clubhouse.

The simple solution here and one that I used is to just buy regular twin sheets. Got some good ones at Bed, Bath and Beyond. and use the bed sheet fasteners on the underside. Never had a problem with them moving or bulking. Keep it simple.
Have a wonderful trip!

We are getting a twin Globetrotter in late March. I was able to get sheets from AB Lifestyles https://www.ablifestyles.net/
I haven't tried them on yet, obviously, but they appear to be very good quality and are less costly than the Airstream store.

We also got the fitted sheets for you twin mattresses from AB Lifestyles. We like them. If someone is handy with fabric and a sewing machine they could modify standard twin sheets along the same lines.
