John! Welcome out of hibernation!

Snow/ice are tough. Ice dams, prolonged water presence... "Sweating" from moisture inside...

What year is the AS? Pics and detail of location? "Rust" or black on pillow? Still damp? Anything damp or water nearby? Is it
Possible there was something on the pillow before storage???

The Airstream dealers work like auto dealers, they all handle warranty issues even if they did not sell you the trailer. Besides, Colonial in NJ (the dealer I assume you are referring to) is a very good dealer to work with. They will take care of you. Feel free to give them your entire punch list so you can have all the issues taken care of in one trip.

Second making a trip to the mother ship. Best way to insure that the work will be done right.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Mother Ship and our stay in the Terraport. We were ecstatically pleased with the efforts of the team at the Service Center. Touring along the way was great, too.
