Remove water-spots from removALL/Citristrip

So we removed the clear coat from our 86 excella but there are several water streaks/spots left over from the removALL and/or citristrip. I left it on too long in some instances and then tried to wipe it off with a wet rag. Have any of you had this problem before? I saw on another post someone tried to remove water spots with a mixture of vinegar and water, but that didn't work for me.

Thanks for your help.

More "hair of the dog".

Try SMALL first. Put a bit more citristrip on a spot. Leave it for a short time, then remove as usual. It may pick up the leavings from the first treatment.

Yup, more citristrip. Then I powerwashed. No streaks.

Eastern South Dakota is very pretty with hills, rivers, and trees.
