If you have photos and or information on an odd or limited production Airstream product (like the fifth wheel, squarestream, etc)... please pm or email me.

Panoramic windows front and rear

Alan -

I have in several threads tried to get an idea about if what I have on my coach is indeed a rare thing, or not. Front and rear Panaramic wrap-arounds. I was unable to get any info about my question since there are no stats of this kind info kept on that sort of thing. Didn't hear from any other double pano owners either....

I have yet to see another unit like it though.

Hope this meets the criteria you are planning for - sounds interesting....????

Axel, do you by any chance have 34" 90's model that was seen on I-75 near the Atlanta airport in early January with Ohio plates?

Just kidding, but we did see a trailer like you are describing and wondered about the windows. In fact, that's why I remember it. We couldn't figure out why the wrap arounds were on the front AND back, except as maybe a special order. It was a really nice camper, tho.

We have a 34' in our unit with the double wraparounds. Looks like a late 80s or early 90s unit (not widebody). Must have been an option at that time.

Hello... Don't know if this is a rarity but we have just bought an Argosy with the rear wraparound windows ... will be going to get it in April.. can hardly wait.. another redo for us.. we are true Argosy lovers...

yes cool stuff. Not sure if Iwill be writing so much about the customized ones, but its always possible. My main concept is ones that were limited factory items due to market conditions, styling, or simply non-acceptance by the buyers.

mtrailink, a member of this forum did have pictures of his Airstream 5th wheel posted in the member's photo album area. He had the unit for sale a few months back. I notice he now has an interior posted for sale in the classified section from a square stream.

Is there really an AS oddity?????

Where is it that the displayed coaches com eup to the level of "Special Coach" - this gets into an area that is sensitive and extrememly protective of it.

I am just trying to find other units that have the front/rear wraparound windows. Yet to find more than 1!!1!1!1!1!1!1!1!1!1

Just that SilverToy is and remains one of the few - perhaps count them on one hand! Maybe 1 finger as I haven't verified that the 2nd trailer even has them..... We'll see....!

Are there other areas where AS got a few trailers built that had a unique combination of asseccories, windows, feathures and etc..... that make them outside the norm that is produced at JC. Seperate sub-clubs unite!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Double Panoramic Window Owners UNITE!!!!!!!!!!!

WE can get them ou tof the Duldrums they are in.!!!!! We can save them and drag them to safety. Having a SO-SO airStream is still better than 98% of the SOB and other category combined.

Go AirStream!!!!!!! ALl the way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Live on and be bigger and better every year!!!!

Silvertoy, I was in a new Safari Special Edition yesterday at USAAdventures in Davenport IA with the double panoramic windows. It's the rear-door variety. Probably one of the best floorplans I've ever seen. It was only $51k...
