PrePurchase Inspection advice

Hello All,
I’m thinking of making my first airstream an older one. Specifically, looking at a 1988 Excella. I’ve recently become aware that one can hire an outfit to perform a prepurchase inspection of a potential buy. I live in NorCal, so what companies do y’all know with satellite businesses all over the place? Or what outfit have you personally used? Do you perform the inspection yourself, thus saving money? Thanx for your input.
