Potential problems with 03 international 22'

There's an 03 international 22' coming up at an auction in my area. I've been searching hard for an AS, and I hope I've found one. I've read posts stating these models have experienced both frame and floor issues.... Which makes me reconsider this model altogether.

Any advice on what to look for when I go to inspect it? Should I stay away from this model altogether??
