Larry..
When you first setup your pictures, be sure that you stay away from .bmp files ext. as these tend to be rather large. For example, compared to .jpg files, the .bmp can be as much as 10x larger.(just for an example: .bmp=457kb, the .jpg=34kb) This forum is very tight on the actual size of each picture and, for the total size of all the pictures that you can upload.
What I do, if I may suggest this, is name a folder SAVE101 and, then direct all my pictures that I upload to the puter there. That way, I alway know just where to go for my pictures. You might even setup a a file system for your puter using, SAVE101,SAVE102, etc all the way up to SAVE120..Whatever you feel comfortable with.
I'd suggest that, if you don't have a photo management program, to take a look at one called ACDSee...Here's the link to the website.

They usually have a free download or trial period for 30 days..Try it, you'll like it..trust me on this..
Then...You'll need an input device for your puter, either a scanner, digital camera or, grab the picture off the website somewhere..Maybe even as an email attachment..As you can see, your source for the picture can come from many different directions.
Once you get the picture into a known location on your puter, the rest really become quite simple.
If you click on the photo album, you'll be able to decide where you want to store your pictures. Either in member's photo galleries or, under the airstream trailer, airstream motorhome..It depends on you. The first thing you need to do, once you select which section you want to store your pictures , is to login. Then go to ablum admin and, hit add album, name your picture album, giving a brief description. At this time, you can make it private or public..your call. Then, hit 'add album' once more. From here on out..just go to upload photos and, load them in each at a time.
Be sure let everyone know when your done..Good luck~!~
ciao
btw, the use of a program like ACDSee, makes it easier to see what pictures are in your folder and, to move them around (also for uploading purposes)..You'll be real surprised at what all you can do..once you get into it.
