WOW! The color temperature at the bottom of the dance pole is around 6000 degrees Kelvin. Wonder what went on there?

And a third of the way up it's still half as hot. I thought heat rises? Ohhh, I'm so confused.... Will the world-wise please PM me and tell me what was going on here. Second prize is 2 weekends in Holdingford, MN. First prize is just one weekend.

Maybe silicone is a heat insulator.

I would want to know how much disinfectant was used to clean up the "lovesteam"

I have to agree that silicone may be an insulator.....

Coming onto Hard Times

The word is that it really was never used. A media circus publicity stunt funded by Hefner.

Hey,

If one should buy the trailer, it would give you a most excellent opening line at the next party when you bump into Ms. Anderson-Lee, or is it Mrs. Anderson-Lee these days... or would it even matter?

Las vegas weekly

"Mark your calender now for the Kruse auto action taking place here in Las Vegas on Dec. 19 and 20.Hidden among the rare collectibles such as a 1958 Mercedes SL and a 1966 Austin Healey is a white,2001 Airstream motor home named "LoveStream".It was a gift by Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner to former Baywatch beauty Pamela Anderson. As you know she's been cleaning out her Malibu home, garage and storage area, and she's decided that the 7- year-old vehicle can go on the auction block. It comes complete with a disco ball and stripper pole!Photos of other pink Playboy Bunnies were emblazoned on the seats and are discribed as still being in excellent condition!"
I thought it was a trailer, here it said MOTORHOME ?
But who can trust the news papers.

I think I remember the show where they did this one... Caught the end of it.. it wasn't that long ago... I guess if you gotta waste money you might as well do it in poor taste..
Just my opinion now..

Who did the modification? I can't imagine JC did this for them. Did they start with a brand new unit and tear everything out to modify it? Inquiring minds want to know! I was looking for something just like this.

Short video with interior shots. I saw the episode and thought it to be sacrilegious what they did to a nice Airstream.

Here's the video:

Wink

If I remember right, there is no bathroom. It's just a rumpus room on wheels. It should be safe, though, cause in the event of a fire, apparently the firehouse is just above the trailer...

This post is the most I can (or want to) find about the conversion. Airstream used to be in the business of doing custom coaches. I can't say how long ago but they haven't been doing that for quite some time. Don't even know if they'll deliver an empty shell to certified modders.

This was a job Inland did for CNN on an intact (I believe) 34' SO - http://www.airforums.com/forums/f206...out-26159.html

News You Need To Know

Mark your calendars now for the Kruse auto action taking place here in Las Vegas on Dec. 19 and 20. Hidden among the rare collectibles such as a 1958 Mercedes SL and a 1966 Austin Healey is a white, 2001 Airstream motor home named “LoveStream.” It was a gift by Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner to former Baywatch beauty Pamela Anderson. It comes complete with a disco ball and stripper pole! Photos of other pink Playboy Bunnies were emblazoned on the seats and are described as still being in excellent condition! More Vegas DeLuxe intimate details as we get close, I promise.
